1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using Kashify AI (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws.
3. Services
The Platform provides AI-powered tools for discovering ideas and creating digital products such as ebooks, guides, templates, checklists, workbooks, PDFs, and mini-apps. Features may change without notice.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under their account.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes, including attempting unauthorized access or interfering with the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, software, branding, and proprietary technology remain the property of Kashify AI. Users retain ownership of their original content, subject to licenses necessary to operate the service.
7. AI Output
AI-generated content may require human review. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, originality, and suitability of all generated content before commercial use.
8. Payments
Subscriptions, credits, and other fees are charged as displayed at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
9. No Refund Policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Because users receive immediate access to the Platform, AI tools, digital features, downloadable content, generated assets, and other digital services immediately after purchase, Kashify AI does not offer refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits for subscriptions, upgrades, renewals, credit purchases, or any digital products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights required by applicable law.
10. User Content
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, create, or publish and warrant that you have the legal rights to use such content.
11. Marketplace
Creators are responsible for the products they publish, pricing, taxes, customer support, and legal compliance.
12. Availability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashify AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Kashify AI against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
15. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
16. Suspension and Termination
Kashify AI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or integrity of the Platform.
17. Modifications
Kashify AI may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by Kashify AI.
19. Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms and any referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Kashify AI.
